We offer a comprehensive range of licensed giftware along with our own branded product, and we develop,manufacture and wholesale a wide range of gifts and novelties for our retail partners in the UK and around the world. Located near Brighton in the UK, we have built up an enviable customer base because of our commitment to innovative product design, commitment to quality and customer service. We are currently going through a period of growth and we are looking for a talented, bright and enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of the Sales team driving the success of Paladone at this incredibly exciting time.


The Role

Primarily your role would entail developing and managing customerrelationships across a defined set of accounts in export territories, seekingopportunities for increasing turnover, profit margin,

volume and market sharein accordance with a defined set of targets and KPI’s. The role also involvesseeking opportunities for engaging new customers and opportunities for growthas

well as supporting the Export Manager. Foreign travel will be an essential requirement of the role with up to 3Far East based trade shows each year and European travel.


Key Activities

+ To deliver against all KPI’s and to achieve and exceed targets according to agreed sales plan , providing accurate sales forecasting and keeping an accurate track of pipeline and sales leads Pro-actively identify new business opportunities and new customers in accordance with companies product range.

+ Provide a main point of contact for existing accounts & establish and develop customer

+ Prepare presentations and data analysis ahead of customer meetings

+ Oversee customer specific packaging requirements (labels, cartons, artwork) in accordance with customer supplier manual

+ Represent Paladone at UK and International trade shows in a professional sales capacity  and supporting the export manager to organise international trade shows

+ Meet with new and existing customers and identify opportunities to up-sell, implement show offers and target growth opportunities

+ Conduct Face to face meetings (planned and impromptu)


What you will bring to Paladone

This is agreat job with opportunity to develop and progress; however it is a challengingrole which will be fast paced with a lot to learn

+  Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbally and written)

+  Analytical and IT Literate – Microsoft Office is essential

+  Good communication at all levels and excellent presentation skills

+  A second language would be preferable

+  Highly motivated and organised

+ Excellent negotiation skills – having the ability to build rapport and liaise clearly and concisely with customers and internal resources

+ Excellent presentation skills

+ Highly organised, reliable and able to work to tight deadlines including strong project management ability

+ The ability to work to deadlines and to manage under pressure. Must be adaptable and flexible and can work well within a team

+ This is a fantastic Role for an entry to mid level account manager within a fun, vibrant and innovative team. 



Additional details:

Office hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Competitive SalaryPackage + bonus scheme related to sales and gross profit targets, laptop &mobile phone.
